In 2019, our family packed up for a much-needed getaway, heading to the charming coastal town of Seaside, Florida. Nestled along 30A on the Emerald Coast, Seaside had a magic about it—the pastel-colored cottages, the gentle ocean breeze, and the effortless blend of luxury and relaxation. What started as a simple vacation quickly became the spark of something much bigger.

As we settled into our vacation home, we found ourselves captivated not just by the beauty of the town but by the way a well-designed space could elevate an experience.
